SYWA1-12 model

Two diaphragms used for improved durability and corrosion resistance

A PTFE corrugated diaphragm is used on the liquid-end side to further improve durability. This makes this model ideal for use in fields such as production processes and water treatment where durability and corrosion resistance are required. A head with relief valve can also be attached.

This highly economical and substantial small-capacity series is ideal for extensive applications requiring high-precision and durability.

This compact metering pump comes with five types of pump heads as a quick response to differing site operating conditions and pump applications. Available are models that reliably answer an extensive range of needs including injection of trace amounts, high-pressure injection, and metered injection of high-viscosity liquids or liquids containing slurry. Moreover, multiple-series pump models and pulseless models further extend the scope of application of this series.

  • Do not use outside the temperature range below as this may result in failure:
      Ambient temperature: 0 to 40ºC
      Requirement for liquid being handled:
        Liquid temperature: PVC type: 0 to 40ºC
    SUS, PVDF type: 0 to 80ºC
    (no freezing allowed)
        Viscosity: 50 MPa•s or less
        The viscosity for high-viscosity joints is 50 to 2000 MPa•s.
    However, the viscosity of high-viscosity joints on the SX(Y)DA/WA-13 to 43 types is 50 to 1000 MPa•s

        The maximum discharge pressure in the case of PTFE hose connections (STS/FTC models) is 0.5 MPa.
    The maximum discharge pressure in the case of PTFE diaphragms (VTC/VTS/STS models) on the SXDA/SYDA1-43 type is 0.25 MPa.
  • This pump is not intended for pumping slurry. Please contact TACMINA if the liquid to be pumped contains slurry.
