กลุ่มบริษัท ซี.เอ็ม.พี. เกิดด้วยความปรารถนาอันแรงกล้าของ ผู้บริหารในการที่จะอาศัยศักยภาพ ของแต่ละบริษัทภายในกลุ่ม เพื่อนำมาสร้างความเข้มแข็งของการทำธุรกิจ โดยอาศัยจุดเด่นและความเชี่ยวชาญของแต่ละบริษัทนำมารวมกันภายใต้การบริหารด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานมีทิศทางที่สอดคล้องกันภายใต้นโยบายร่วมอันเดียวกัน ดังนั้นกลุ่มบริษัท ซี.เอ็ม.พี. จึงประกอบด้วยหน่วยธุรกิจ ตามกิจกรรมที่สนับสนุนกัน ดังนี้

3. ศูนย์แนะนำสินค้าและฝึกอบรมประเทศไทย

          ภายใต้การทำงานของผู้บริหารที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์ ทำให้สามารถกำหนดทิศทางของกลุ่มซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกัน ในแต่ละส่วนให้เติบโตขึ้นไปพร้อมกัน ด้วยศักยภาพ ดังนั้นกลุ่มบริษัท ซี.เอ็ม.พี. สามารถพัฒนาและก้าวไปสู่การขยายตัวอย่างต่อเนื่องและมั่นคง

          การเติบโตภาคอุตสาหกรรมได้เป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วด้วยความเหมาะสมนานาประการ และโดยการให้ความสำคัญของภาครัฐ จึงทำการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี ได้เข้ามาสู่ประเทศไทย ทำให้มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องมีธุรกิจที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะในแต่ละสาขาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อรองรับความจำเป็นดังกล่าว

          ผู้บริหารของ หจก.ซี.เอ็ม.พี.ซัพพลาย จึงได้จัดตั้งบริษัท ซี.เอ็ม.พี. โปรดักส์ จำกัด ในปี พ.ศ. 2535 เพื่อสรรหาและนำเข้าสินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักรที่มีคุณสมบัติทางการออกแบบ และเทคโนโลยีการใช้งานในระดับแนวหน้า เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการ พรัอมกันนั้นการให้ข้อมูลเพื่อการออกแบบ เลือกใช้อุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักร รวมทั้งการซ่อมบำรุงซึ่งเป็นความจำเป็นอย่างมากที่จะรักษาสถานะการใช้งานให้คงทนไม่มีข้อบกพร่อง และลดการสิ้นเปลืองพลังงาน บริษัทฯ จึงได้จัดให้มีบุคลากรที่เชี่ยวชาญทั้งในการจัดจำหน่าย การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคไว้เป็นการเฉพาะแต่ละเครื่องจักร อย่างพร้อมเพรียงตลอดเวลา

          บริษัทฯ ได้ตระหนักเสมอในการที่จะปรับปรุงพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องในกิจกรรมและมีความรับผิดชอบอย่างเต็มที่ต่อคุณภาพ และมาตรฐานของบริการที่ทางบริษัทฯ พร้อมที่จะมอบให้ผู้ใช้บริการของบริษัทฯ ตลอดไป

C.M.P. Group is established with a strong intention of management team by basing on potential of each company in the group in order to creating powerful status in business activity. By standing on prominent and skillful capacity of each company which are accumulated under vision management for performance in conformed direction under joint policy, therefore, C.M.P. group has consisted of business units as per activities which are supporting each other, namely :

1. C.M.P. Supplies Ltd., Part.
2. C.M.P. Products Co., Ltd.
3. Thailand Technical Training Center.

           Under working of professional executives who are experts and have a lot of experience, desired direction of the group can be controlled even there is difference in each party, to grow up together with high potentiality. So, C.M.P. Group can develop and expand the business continuously and steadily.

          C.M.P. Products Co., Ltd. Thailand in early 1990, industrial segment had fast growing due to new investment of local business people and foreigners by bringing in high technology, especially, with encouragment and support of Thai govemment at that time. Therefore, many special and professional business & service are required.

So, in 1992, the management team of C.M.P. Supplies Ltd., Part. has established a new company, C.M.P. Products Co., Ltd., to source out various products and equipments including machines which have more and advance technology to supply the gap of new requirement for their appropriate applications.

          This company is acting as importer and distributor in Thailand as same as the former firm but for different class and kinds of goods. And it has efficient and well-training staffs who have full products information, technical data, etc. to promote and sell these new products and to give advice with good suggestion to consultants, designers, project owners, contractors and end-users including individual using in household for hygiene products of water purification and disinfection. Maintenance on after-slaes-service and spare parts support all the time are available from specific sections of the company as well.

          At present, the company emphasizes on products which will not have affect to environment, energy conservation and global warming. With full awarennss and responsibility in such current problem, the company has improved to better standard for valued customers all the time.
